Doesn’t work - Won’t accept my PIN
Won’t accept my Dr provided PIN which works just fine on the website.
Has never worked
This app refuses to accept my PIN number. The same number works if I access MyVaxIndiana via a web browser. My wife is also unable to access via the app on her phone.

Mobile app doesn’t work. I am able to access my vaccination record on my computer desktop but not on my iPhone. It says that my PIN number isn’t valid.

I tried using this app at the health department and it didn’t work. Tried it at home; still didn’t work. But I can get the info on a desktop.

Just keeps saying "patient not found" but I can sure find them on the desktop computer with no problems.
