Becoming Unplayable
I used to love this game, I’ve spent a lot of time playing - I’m on level 461 and have a lot of loyalty points. My minimum bet on every slot has gone from 400K to 100M with no warning and I can’t bring it back down. It’s impossible to play for longer than a few minutes. I should have the option to bet what I want, I shouldn’t be forced to lose a billion chips every 10 spins.

I have over 400,000k rewards points and the rewards page is not loading. I have contacted the developers by email and they have not fixed the issue. Rewards page doesn’t load

Been playing pretty much from the beginning of time - I’m now sitting on over 35M LPs. I go to Vegas once or twice a year and there’s very few rewards that are worth it now.

Is there still a support team
It really sucks when you have a question about an event or deal or anything and you can’t get a response from the support team until days after the event or deal expires

I’ve been playing the app since 2018 and amassed a huge number of coins. It’s finally time to travel to Vegas, I’ve just logged in to check which rewards I can purchase and they are all absolute garbage. When did they remove all the good rewards? What a waste of time.

I loved playing this everyday then I was given a gift … at least I thought I was ??? No money asked - I was given the points but I could no longer play unless I played . Very unfortunate:(

Glitches
I use to LOVE this game and spent a lot of money on it. However the reels are glitching and don’t make a full spin and when a bonus option is near it will do an extra spin to pass it. It needs to be fixed. It has the potential to be one of the best if the reels spinner like they are suppose to
