MyVitalog is a personal health record vault designed to help you and your family keep track of every medical test, scan, and result in one secure place on your own device. Whether it is a blood test, an X-ray, a CT scan, an MRI, or a routine checkup, MyVitalog lets you store the details that matter: test name, date, hospital or clinic, doctor, result summary, and any notes you want to keep. Attach photos of printed results or import PDF reports directly from your files. Photos can be cropped and scanned for text automatically, so you can copy recognized text straight into your record. MANAGE YOUR WHOLE FAMILY Create a separate profile for each family member, from children to parents. Switch between profiles instantly and keep every person's records, attachments, and history completely separate and organized. TRACK RADIATION EXPOSURE For imaging tests such as X-ray, CT, PET-CT, and mammography, MyVitalog lets you log the radiation dose in millisieverts. View your cumulative exposure over time on the Timeline screen, with simple color-coded guidance to help you understand where you stand. TRACK COST AND INSURANCE REFUNDS Record how much you paid for each test and how much was refunded by your insurance. MyVitalog automatically calculates your out-of-pocket cost, so you always know what each visit actually cost you. SET YOUR OWN REMINDERS Add a next checkup date to any record and MyVitalog will send you a local reminder when the date arrives. You decide the schedule based on what your doctor recommends. The app does not suggest screening intervals on its own. SHARE WITH YOUR DOCTOR Generate a clean PDF report from any record and share it instantly using the standard share sheet. Send it by email, save it to Files, or print it for your next appointment. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU MyVitalog stores everything directly on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There is no server, no account, and no sign-in. Your records can be backed up privately through your own iCloud account if you choose to enable it. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal health information. AVAILABLE IN FOUR LANGUAGES MyVitalog is fully available in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Switch the entire app between these languages at any time in Settings. Your records stay exactly the same no matter which language you choose.
