Immediately failed
I tried to log on because I lost my visual voicemail when upgrading to iOS 15.1 and after entering my phone number upon setup I received an error “Blank Response (or) EXIBS FAILURE”. So with that I deleted the app and gave it one star.
Poor functionality
The caller ID does not show the true caller. Having to check mark each message just to listen, replay or delete the messages is cumbersome. Not user friendly at all. This is beta level at best. Needs more work.
Voicemail
Disappointing that with such modern devices I cannot access my voicemail from my phone app. as with other carriers. This app. claims to offer that same “visual voicemail “ but it makes my frustrations worse. I have to key in my own number from my own smartphone AND key in one of two codes sent to my text app. just to keep from having to access my voicemail by the dial in method of 5 to 10 years ago. Now it seems I have to waste time picking a unique nickname just to do them a favor and rate this app.

Voicemail app
I’ve lost all of my voicemails!!!! It asks for a code one pops up, then immediately another one!! This is horrible!!!!!!!! Then it wants a nickname and ALL are taken!!!
