Convenient app works well
Did everything I wanted and it’s a good user interface. You just need to use and email or phone number that you have access to on your phone.
Exactly what you’d expect
Difficult to log in, one once you do it’s difficult to use. I fumbled around trying to get a salmon catch card for about 30 minutes, then gave up and went to a dealer. The only good thing is that now there’s a way show what license you have without carrying a brief case around on the river for the new 8x11 paper. I will never understand why we can’t just use a a plastic card like every other state.

Another WA failure
The state got taken advantage of by Brandt Information Services. The ignorance and incompetence of the teams at the state allowed this horrible waste of tax payer dollars to ruin our experience. As parents of children there is NO reliable solution. We are told to take screenshots BUT that they aren’t a promise they’ll be accepted by an officer in the field. This single account architecture was a major miss. The MFA issues are plentiful and frustrating, the whole app is unstable and unreliable. Brandt should be held accountable for their disaster implementation. They failed to understand the use cases and implement a solution that meets the needs of the users. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Disaster.

Can’t even check in a nice fish
So I’m just in the san Juan’s minding my business fishing when bam I get a nice king salmon. So I go to put my harvest in and I press on the catch card and nothing so I’m really confused. I look up how to do it and it says to login to the WILD website and I go to do that and it just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and will not let me login. Mind you that I paid $105 for this thing and I can’t even use it worse app ever fix this immediately or I will be not very happy.

Horribly Concieved and executed.
To use a game tag on the new MyWDFW app, you still need to create some kind of physical record to attach to the animal. And, if your battery dies, you can be ticketed. What a mess.
Want to take your kid or older parent fishing? Everyone needs a phone, and/or you have to log in and out of profiles.
Finally, by making durable in-store tags illegal, we completely removed a vital connection to the retail establishments that help us all get out on the water.
Poorly conceived and executed.
