Update doesn’t work on IPad

Ipad 9th Generation, IPadOS 26.3, app opens then immediately closes. Yesterday worked well. Restarted IPad, removed and reinstalled app, still no joy.

Multiple attempts to submit information, only was successful once to pull up my license. The App does not provide feedback that it even received the submission.
