Un error haberla descargado

Hace más de 6 meses quiero eliminar definitivamente la cuenta y no me deja. Sale constantemente el cartel “Ocurrió un error obteniendo los requisitos para eliminar tu cuenta”. Tengo el dinero en 0, la tarjeta pausada porque no la uso y no estoy generando rendimientos. Me cansé de enviar mails y las pocas veces que me respondieron fue “estamos trabajando en tu problema”. Mentira. Son una estafa. No confíen como yo.
