Constantly freezes
Ever since the most recent update the app freezes on the log in screen. No way to log into the app.
No longer works
This app used to be great. Now I cannot log into the app with my username and password…even after changing my password. It sends me a verification code, but the app does not recognize my user and password.
Face ID not working/keeps crashing
Was working fine prior to last update. Great app otherwise.
Most recent update messed up Face ID, app randomly closes
Now trying to use the nabp app it will close when I tap anything. Face ID won’t enter my password. App seems very buggy vs before. Used to work really well and now it does not.
Broken features
Settings to enable FaceID upon login does not work. Settings to enable 2FA via text message does not work. Date range for CPE monitor does not support future dates in custom range to align with registration period. App periodically crashes.
Date Range Display Improvement
Would you be able to give each user the ability to save a default date range view, so that we would not have to change the date parameters every time we login? It could be specific to each users renewal time, and allow for a more efficient experience. Thanks for the consideration!

Unable to login after recent updates
I love the app, and it’s a great way to keep up with CE; however, I’ve been unable to login for the last couple of weeks. Other than not working, the app is great.
Can’t log in
The app keeps telling me there’s an internal error when I try to log in.
Needs a LOT of work
Doesn’t keep your renewal period dates, or how much CE still needed for renewal, doesn’t have universal support for iPads or landscape... this is a bare minimum app, and I can’t understand why it’s so highly rated, given its limitations.

This app is extremely helpful to track CE. The apple App Store is not very friendly with purchasing the Cpe plus addition and I needed assistance to activate it on my phone with being charged again. Danna was extremely friendly and constantly kept in contact until the issue was resolved. Because of this experience I would 100% recommend purchasing the cpe plus

Will not load app after update
I love having this app.
Today I downloaded an update and have discovered it will not come up anymore.
It tries to load when I press the app but then suddenly just disappears.
I have an iPhone 6.

Idea needs to be fine tuned like the ability to save information without constant reentry such as your anniversary date by state (for registration). Also, when searching for credits, why should it cancel previously entered information, such as state, profession, live vs home CE, etc.
And why is this app not entirely free?! Are pharmacists already not paying their overinflated dues for BPS, NABP, and state boards?!
Mandate our state boards and BPS to pitch-in for maintenance, everyone should use it (BPS included) because there is no need to recreate the wheel to fill your already fat pockets with our hard earned money! (The market is saturated, which is the cause for decreased salaries - thanks to NABP and AFPE!)

White background and white text at login?!?
I have dark mode on my phone so maybe that’s the problem but I cannot see to type in my username and password because it is white on white. The app is unusable if you can’t log in. A shame too because I’ve used and liked in the past.
Can’t log in
This app is buggy trash. Can’t even see the text when I type my login info, and it won’t log me in. Great idea, terrible execution. I’m reading that it works if you pay though.
Where’s the CE??
It’s very sly about CE. The are NO ACPE continuing education programs. What a waste. Downloaded and deleted. No different than the website.
CPE hours
This app is crediting 75 hr Vs 40 hrs required in one state while registering 0 hr Vs 30 hrs required in another state. So what is the point of e-record and verification of statutory compliance of continuing education?
How do you manage CE hrs of those big managers who maintain licenses of upto all 50 states?
N.B.: my home state also maintain CE Broker an out sourced firm that that has okeyed my CE hrs. There should one universal North America wide comprehensive system. It’s not hard for organization of highly educated professionals.

Not great
I paid for the updated version and have realized that’s its great for tracking hours but it doesn’t say that I “need” any hours for my 2 licenses. And of course I do. Every 2 years...sort of what the app is for and I’m not sure why no one has made sure that it works on their app. Shabby job for paying $30 for it...

Finally got it together and made a few functions work
It's a joke though that you want to charge for a premium service when your overall reliability is a flat zero.
Also, you're not doing any favors to the profession by flooding the market with an excessive number of pharmacy schools and putting everyone's jobs in jeopardy.
