Outdated Videos
I’m disappointed with the current state of the UWorld RxPrep platform. Many of the video lectures appear outdated, with several seemingly dating back to around 2018. In addition, some lectures do not align well with the material in the book, which makes it frustrating to study when certain information mentioned in the videos is difficult to find in the text, or vice versa.
Another issue is the lack of helpful customer support. When contacting the team about these concerns, the responses often feel repetitive and generic rather than directly addressing or resolving the problem.
What’s most frustrating is that these issues were not present before RxPrep was integrated into UWorld. The price has increased significantly, yet the content and level of support do not seem to reflect that cost. For a platform at this price point, students deserve updated material and more responsive support.

Fix lecture crashes please
The lectute video plays and you can’t seamlessly go to the next video. You have to rate the video or exit out. Then it crashes and I have to log back into the app. Very tedious and time consuming.

I love that I can practice and learn on the go while I’m on break at work or just whenever I can take 10 minutes to do a quick quiz.
Overall seems to work well, but one suggestion.
Please add the ability to skip forward and backward ~10 seconds in the videos. Having to use the progress bar at the bottom is clunky and wildly inaccurate. I occasionally use an iPad to watch the videos and find myself using the website over the app because the website (on Chrome, at least) has this functionality.

PROBLEMS EVERYWHERE
I bought this program to help reduce stress preparing for NAPLEX, but there seems to be issues around every corner. Even worse- Uworld doesn’t have a number listed to contact them, I WONDER WHY???
