The app is VERY basic and is ok if you only want to do basic functions. I couldn’t find a way to transfer money with Zelle even though I was told it was available. App is not user friendly unless you want to transfer money between your accounts at the credit union. It’s pretty useless.

Somewhat User Friendly

This app is just like any other banking app. Pros are quick transfers between accounts and the fixed and updated mobile check deposit. Only con is sometimes when you open the app it comes up, “you are not authorized to use this function, please contact your financial institution”. I end up having to close out the app then reopen it a few times to get to the login screen.

Useless app

Can’t lookup username much less change password. Go through all the hoops to get username and it tells you not to navigate from page. NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!! If I cannot perform mobile banking or at least check my balance, I’m closing my account.

Ugh

New update is terrible not user friendly. It’s had trouble loading. Does not show all pending items will cause multiple banking error for someone that is forgetful.

Disappointed:(

I thought you were going to be able to cash checks through this app. Best I can tell, it isn't much of an app. Information on the website is contradictory and confusing. On one page it tells you to use the touchbanking app but while you are logged in, it tells you to use this app.
