inaccurate prayer times

salaam! if your prayer times are hours off, it usually means a setting may have been selected incorrectly. for example, if you’ve chosen the hanafi madhab, asr will naturally be around an hour later than the standard calculation, which is expected. we also already support flexible prayer time adjustments. you can head to Settings → Prayer Settings and adjust each prayer time to match your local masjid if you’d like. every masjid uses slightly different calculations and conventions, so no app can match every local masjid by default. that’s why we built in the ability to customize the timings yourself. if you’re still seeing times that are genuinely hours off after checking those settings, let us know your city, your selected calculation method, and your madhab, and we’d be happy to investigate further.

Cannot use
I have been logged out of my account numerous times for no reason, and forced to create a new account when I really needed to check the prayers times, making me late or almost miss prayers. I open the app everyday, so it doesn’t make sense why I would be logged out.
The female health/cycle features are locked behind a paywall unfortunately, but I paid for a month’s subscription to test it out. I found that I didn’t really use the features so I cancelled the subscription, but now I cannot access the app at all- all the free content is blocked by a subscription pop-up with no way to close it.
I’ve tried closing and restarting the app, deleting and redownloading it, and making a new account, but just opening the app immediately brings up the payment page. It’s really disappointing that I’m being forced to pay just to view my prayer times, when they were previously accessible for free.
Thankfully, I still get my prayer notifications, but other than that, the app is unusable. I can’t change any settings, access my account, view the Quran, etc. I really hope there’s some fix for this because I prefer this app over other prayer apps, but nafs has let me down on so many occasions in the short time I’ve had it.
