Unreliable app
I have linked several important documents to Nagarik App, including my Driving License, National ID, and PAN Card. However, these documents frequently appear blank or fail to load properly. Important details such as the photo, document number, and other information are often missing.
This is a serious issue because many users, including me, rely on the app as a digital document wallet and do not always carry physical copies. When the documents fail to load, it can create unnecessary problems during traffic checks, identity verification, or when official documents need to be shown quickly.
Please improve the reliability of document synchronization and ensure that all linked documents are consistently available and display complete information at all times.

App update issue
I have already submitted all the documents before updating app and it again needs to submit all the documents after app update. Why?? Please fix this issues.
Not a good app
Once you log out or uninstall it due to some issues, you can’t log back in. Document details keeps on disappearing in iOS and not recommended until government decides to update and fix all the bugs and glitches. Not recommended as of June 2026z

Login options
I would like to suggest adding more flexible login options to the Nagarik App.
Currently, login is limited to mobile number OTP verification, which can be inconvenient for users who face issues with SIM registration, OTP delivery, or number access. To improve accessibility and user experience, please consider introducing additional login methods such as:
- Email and password login
- Google or Apple ID sign-in
- Biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint)
- Backup recovery options for users who lose access to their registered number
These features would make the app more user-friendly, secure, and accessible to a wider range of users, including those living abroad or facing technical issues with mobile verification.

Email Login
Please add email address to login as well. I am in abroad and want to access these documents. I don’t even remember what number I used to carry before getting my passport. Every time I came to Nepal I have carried temporary sim and had to renew my documents where I had to add temporary contacts.
Incompatible feature for VoiceOver user
Totally incompatible with voice over command for blind user but the previous version was pretty much accessible for Blind and low vision people

यस्ता App के सरकार का आधिकारिक app हुन त ? मेरो सबै डकुमेण्ट नागरिकता बाट बनाको छ तर यहा रजिस्टर गर्दा नागरिक्ता मिलेन भन्छ सिम पनि त्यहि नागरिकता बाट लिएको सरकारी काम मा प्रयोग हुने app हरुको हालत यस्तो छ कठै ! यस्ता बिना अर्थ का app मा सरकारी पैसा कति खर्च गरेहोलान ।
Unable to link my citizen!!
I tried to open account through my citizenship even i put my all details correctly, idk why it’s not accepting always showing No citizen record found ? And i tried to contact through your support team however i never get any respond!
