NagarNazar (नागर नज़र — “citizen’s eye”) is a public record of civic problems, built by people who are actually there. File a case for a pothole, open manhole, garbage dump, dead streetlight, waterlogging, or other public-space issue. Each case is a place, photos, and how bad it is — not a ticket that disappears into an inbox. Nearby people can confirm it is real or flag it as misleading, but only within 500 metres. Places get a simple civic score from open cases. Anyone can browse. You sign in only when you file or vote. We do not show your name on cases. Shared links open in a browser without an account: https://nagarnazar.web.app Categories include pothole, damaged road, open manhole, waterlogging, broken footpath, dead streetlight, signal/signage, encroachment, garbage dump, open dumping, sewage/drain, public toilet, water leak, exposed wiring, damaged park, dangerous tree, and other. Location is used to pin the report, fill address from OpenStreetMap on your phone, and check that confirm/flag/resolve happen on site. NagarNazar is not a government portal. It is ground-truth from the street.
