What version of Nagios are you using? The application was developed to work with Nagios Core. The current version is 4.5.11. Make sure the path setting matches your installation.

Every Feature You Need, and Truly Free

This app and the UI are very well thought-out and executed. I can’t think of a feature that’s missing, it fills a major gap left by other bloated, half-cocked, subscription-based apps. Well done! If Nagios is your monitoring agent and you are an iOS user, I couldn’t recommended this app more.
