Misses the pitch
When used with GarageBand in GarageBand plays a C3 the Nail the Pitch app thinks that it’s a C5. Obvious disconnect here.
Great app even without paying
Good for testing your range. Worth paying if you want more serious features, but even the free version is useful.
Lacks functionality
Does not allow you to have a video playing on while you are also singing with headphones in (there are apps that do that) and cannot scroll back
Very unusable
I downloaded this because I’m someone who has ideas for melodies but don’t know specifically what notes to translate that to. Off the bat, I can’t playback or export the midi without paying?? I feel like those are such basic features. I know the purpose of this app wasn’t for that and it was for singing but it still sucks. I was just planning to see what notes it fell on but you can’t really see that far back in the recording.
I tried singing and it did help me to see when I was off key, but overall I don’t think this app is for me. I’d rather have ads so I could use features even if those make people more annoyed.

Worst app ever
I just wanted to record myself, but when I hit the record button, it showed me a subscription JUST FOR WHAT THE APP IS MADE TO DO. WHAT?! WHAT EVEN IS THIS?! Not cool bro.

Simple and exactly what I needed. Perfect app.
Poor function
I paid for the full version of this app so that I could scroll back-and-forth to monitor my pitch and to use the feedback. Paying extra does not allow you to go back-and-forth and to check your pitch as you go on it only shows you the first five seconds of your vocal calculation. I'll be asking for a refund.

VSQX FILES PLEASE
EXTREMELY useful for tracking the accuracy of your notes and pitch bends, and the midi export is nice, but I would unironically pay 8x the price for premium if you were able to export vocaloid sequence files, if you sing well, you could legitimately make miku sound better than Teto with hyper realistic pitch bend generated by your own voice

The fact that PLAYBACK of AUDIO in an AUDIO APP is PAYWALLED makes me very disappointed. Would not recommend

Problems
This app was recommended to me by a coach I like on YouTube but when I use it, it doesn’t detect properly. It registers an E4 as an E5 for example. Good UI wish you could scroll backwards in the free version. Bit disappointed.
It’s Not working
I pay the premium version and it’s not registering anything. I already reinstalled the app, turn on and off my phone, disabled and enabled the microphone permissions and it’s not working.

Hi indieferdie, here are a few things to check: 1. Open the in-app settings panel and make sure the noise threshold isn’t set too high. 2 .Test your microphone with Apple’s built-in recorder to confirm that your hardware is functioning properly.
