Fake 7 day free trial - require refund

I was using the app and was offered a 7 day free trial which I accepted. I was then instantly charged for one month. I went through Apple to get a refund and was denied. It doesnโ€™t make any sense to me to not get a refund when I was mislead by the app.

WARNING - Wrong pitch!

I downloaded this app and the pitch is completely wrong ๐Ÿ˜‚ Aโ€™s are F#s, Es are Gs, itโ€™s a total mess. I havenโ€™t seen any other reviews with the same problem but just something to look out for. Double check with a piano or a video online to make sure the notes are what they say they are.
