Super easy to use. Sometimes I’m too lazy to find my remote control, but luckily there’s a mobile app that I can use in place of the remote lol shoutout to Nakamichi for the mobile app

What’s the point of this app if you can’t actually control anything? It connects to my Nakamichi soundbar, but none of the audio settings work. No adjustments, no functionality — just a dead interface. Super disappointing.

To pair, you need to press and hold the input and demo buttons on the soundbar at the same time. Then everything will work, and the phone will connect to the app.

Delivered a system that does not meet what they sold us. Now want us to purchase over priced 12’s to get the sound we were promised. No thanks. I’ll add SVS Subs for less than half the price of one sub that should of been in what we were sold.
Now you have to log in to use the app and wait for a code that is never sent. Terrible update!

Login to app is flawed
Why do I need to login to use the remote? Also, why does it reset the login when I check my email to get the code? There is not enough time to put the code in before it resets. I have to use another device just to be able get into the app wish you would use FaceID or not reset the login when I move away from the login screen.
