Most cases in the museum have a number that you are supposed to enter into the app to hear about the items in the case.
The majority of those numbers do not work. This app is broken and really frustrating.

Who decided this app was ready for prime time?
This app is embarrassing. Half the time the audio doesn’t work, at least for the English-language version. This app shouldn’t be advertised so widely at the museum when it is non-functional. This app is not ready for prime time and gives Greece a bad image.

The app worked perfectly on the museum WiFi. It is VERY easy to use. There is a nice variety of pieces represented. Not all of the information offered on the app was super interesting but it was good overall. I would like to have the option to “speed up” the narration. Thank you
Great complement to the exhibit
Provides audio explanations for each room and also for some specific artifacts.
Download of the whole content takes a long time. I just skipped that part and accessed every recording on the go. Worked flawlessly with the museum free WiFi

It’s not that bad
You don’t need to download the audio files. Just cancel and click get started. At the keypad you can type in any number with a QR next to it in the museum so you can listen.
Absolutely broken
Does not work at all, takes 30 minutes to launch download and load content then the playback does not function. Embarrassing

Upon launching required 210MB audio file download over slow museum wifi. Once finished, audio would not play.

Took ages to download and in the end the audio doesn’t play anyway. Waste of time.
