Awesome app!
Unbearably slow
The generation speed is far too slow. Your waiting roughly a minute or more for 5 names. I tried getting the subscription to see if it’ll help the speed, it didn’t. Now the app won’t even load any new names for me. Great aesthetics but the functionality is nonexistent. Deleting now.
Great app hidden behind a subscription
Thankfully there’s a trial period of seven days and it’s got some amazing names and easy to navigate. But not really something worth subscribing, would have been better as a once off purchase
Good but could do without all of the quotes
Easy to use app, though there are a lot of inspirational parenting quotes that are nice but pop up a bit too frequently and err on the cheesy side.

I can’t figure o it how to put in a first name and have it generate a middle name, which is the only reason I wanted it
Sensational App
So hard to name a child when one parent is a school teacher. This app made the process fun and gave us options we hadn’t even heard of. Love it!❤️❤️
Beautiful and sophisticated
This app was so helpful. The whole journey is pleasant and easy to navigate. I found names I would have never thought of. It makes a really tough decision and turns it into a fun exploration.
Best of the apps
I’m liking it a lot so far. The name options are superior to other apps and I haven’t experienced glitches at all. I like the font - my eyes have hurt going through names in other apps. I recommend adding a match column for your partners and some kind of pop up when a match is made. I also wish a couple only had to pay once - if this is possible to do I haven’t found out how yet.

EDIT: I love that the developers actually listen to what their users want and added the features I was looking for. I also like the facts and helpful tips for deciding between loading lists. And it’s even more beautiful than before. This has become my favorite app for looking for baby names!…

Has Potential But Needs Some Work
Interesting app but names repeat over and over, even if you change the filters. It would be nice to x-out names you don’t like so they don’t show up again.
Naming Made Easy!
Love this app! My partner and I had a blast exploring names for our little one. The smart tailoring feature helped us find a name that fit well with our surname. It was fun discovering name meanings together. Simple to use and made the naming journey much less stressful. Highly recommend Namely for soon to be parents!
