Good app still unhappy with bug
Good app just not happy that it’s been a week already and the iOS location tracking bug still isn’t fixed. Hope it will be in the next version.
Life saving App
This app has saved a lot of my customer. I own a pub. And this helped at helped me call for help when needed many times.
Great and quick service
I downloaded the app and said I needed an ambulance. Was called immediately and within an hour, an ambulance was at my gate!! So grateful!

Emergency
I love Namola, I just wish the ambulance (state) can be so on the ball as Namola… you would actually die if you don’t have a medical aid… so sad. However Namola is on the ball, great service all around! I am so glad there is actually a free app that can help you get in touch with the correct people and they follow up with you afterwards. Definitely an app worthwhile.

Useless
Previously downloaded & nothing but a blank screen. Months later now tried again & it’s “internal server error” preventing login. No response from Namola or help, hideous customer service, terrible app considering it’s supposed to keep people in SA safe. Usless.

Nicht mit deutscher Mobilnummer
Wahrscheinlich ist das eine nützliche App um für Notfälle schnell in Kontakt zu kommen. Leider ist die Registrierung nicht mit einer deutschen Mobilnummer (+49…) möglich.

It’s an app I hope it never have to use often, but I’m so grateful it’s there. Namola is easily the best safety app in South Africa.

Living in South Africa as a woman can be daunting, but recently having Namola has helped ease those fears. The app is reliable, the team is professional, the subscription is affordable and the added peace of mind it provides is priceless. I just know is there when I need it.

I love this app. It has the best location tracking I have come across. Super accurate and just an added peace of mind.
They never really helped me
I have tried to use the app on 2 occasions during an emergency and I never really got help.
First: I had a car accident and used the app to report this and the agent was rude and never sent anyone to come assess the situation. And they closed my case without even notifying the police. This was my first car accident and I was clueless and all I needed was the police or private security to come help.
Second: I had lung failure and couldn’t breathe and I was in a house with a kid who couldn’t help. I tried the app and I couldn’t get help. Anyways I ended up having to Google phone numbers and called private ambulances and I am writing this review from hospital.
I think it’s safer to have private security & private ambulances on speed dial. They respond faster and will ask you the same questions Namola will ask either ways but they are more trained to deal with people who are experiencing an emergency situation.
