Make it simpler
Not user friendly especially when picking delivery destination. Please make it simpler to use. Log in then pick what you want, then pick any extras and keep adding what you want to cart. Let us either send location or enter plot number and location. Plot number, suburb then city.
I still didn’t get my order or money back
I placed an order online on the 27th August and till today I still haven’t received my order or my refund. The order never downloaded to the elected store then I called customer service a number of times they promised to resolve the issue and nothing had happened. I’m going to call CPA this is nonsense that till today Nandos has defrauded me of my money. I want my money back.

Best takeout app
I tried it and now swear by it. Great app, really simple and delighted to be able to customize the way I like my chicken! Would love to add a tip for drivers though when paying online
