You have to finish a task first - pop the balloons, or get up and walk a set number of steps - so dismissing it and going back to sleep stops being an option. The alarm rings on the lock screen and through silent mode. CONTROL FROM THE LOCK SCREEN Stop the playing sound from the Dynamic Island or the lock screen.
