No more hearing test feature?
The previous version of this app allowed users to test their hearing in a quiet environment, giving users the ability to completely customize their hearing aids. It also used to display levels of hearing loss in both ears. Those features are now gone--why? ๐
Doesnโt match user manual.
Just like the title says. Pairs with Bluetooth and you can adjust the volume and select one of the four modes but there is no Band section to individual adjust the frequency. No hearing check section, no compression section. The manual states โon the sound control menu, you will find volume, modes, EQ(bands) and compression adjustment which is not there. These are very important steps in having these hearing aids work properly.

Changed and removed functions
I have these hearing aids and use the app- use to be able to see how much charge was left- they removed and itโs frustrating- also they do not keep the charge like they say- why it was helpful to see charge - called in to help desk and they kept telling me that item was still available- they need to update program they are using

Bring back some things
Great app but Right and left shouldnโt change together.
Also you can no longer turn your heating aids off at night to save battery power from the app like before.

Great App
This is a great app to connect and control nano heating aids. It's very easy and quick to connect. There are many controls such as adjusting the volume and all that paired with the nano technology of the hearing aids is amazing. Highly recommend this.
Good product but...
Overall it is a good product. I wish I could hear my phone through the aids. Says battery last 5 to 8 days but mine only makes it 3 to 4 days. Their customer service is very good and friendly. I think they should give you 60 to 90 days to try them out as 45 is really not enough time to get a good feel for them

The layout of the app is simple, it's not bland but it doesn't stand out too much. It's comforting to the eyes. I enjoyed how quick the app responded to my requests, the controls were simple and it was very point blank on how to use the app. I like the options on customizing the volume and also that it has preset nodes. Overall, the app is promising and I'm looking forward to more additions, I'd maybe like to customize the appearance of the app like themes, have a creative mode in the app like be able to play with sounds and hear it in the hearing aid(not necessarily to the app just a little flair)

Pretty good
Works pretty well with headphones, I wish it is possible to do it with AirPods, as I wouldnโt have to use a wired headset for the app. Overall pretty good app :)

The best app to customize the sound and get the best experience, it doesnโt have many options but it fulfills its purpose. Easy to use and configure it, I recommend it.
Easy to navigate
Itโs not cluttered or difficult for an elderly person to navigate, as the older demographics will be the majority of users of this app. I really like the different sound mode options and that the bands are pre-set to the most commonly used hz.

I helped my grandma set this up with her hearing aides. She had trouble with new technology, but I taught her how to use this app, and I think she has the hang of it.

Simple yet amazing
This appโs simplicity is exactly what my grandparents needed. They donโt know the difference between an iPhone and a laptop so the fact that they are able to tweak the settings on their hearing aids with ease is a saving grace. 5 stars for sure.
Very solid app
This is a good app for nano hearing aids. The overall design is user friendly and simple. It is easy to navigate around the app especially the design and look of the app with the blue theme. You have the sound control and hearing check options at the bottom of the app that you can use once you connect with Bluetooth and more options available in the upper right hand corner. Overall, a very solid app functionality-wise.

Very easy to use!!
The Nano hearing app is a nice and simple easy to use hearing aid app. I like that I can select different modes for whatever scenario Iโm in be it at a restaurant, outside taking a walk with friends or watching tv. I also think itโs super convenient that I can adjust my left and right hearing aids volumes independently.
