Works just fine
No one in our store has issues with this app. Just learn how to use it or don’t and complain that it’s the apps fault or that Napa is purposely trying to make it difficult… lol
Useless
I used this app some years back for our store. It worked but not how we needed it to. Was going to check in to see if any updates were done so see if it worked better yet. Unfortunately we cannot login anymore. It recognizes the username/email and claims it will send a temporary code to reset the password (that I assume expired) but it never does. So same old GPC always falling behind the competition and never getting the technology side right. With all the errors the server throws every day, I am surprised tams is still running.

Worst app software ever…
The app never works especially when traveling to a low service area, the scanning is even worse always it’s an issue everyday with invoices, and everything is always on hold. Napa is a 2.6 billion dollar industry and we can’t even have a working app despicable…
