Really enjoy getting the local news through this paper. They do an excellent job.
Articles behind a paywall
I got a discount to subscribe for my first year, but I haven’t resubscribed as the current rates are way too expensive for a biased small town paper. I did not appreciate the biased slant in the articles the past year on political or national events. I am only interested in local happenings, as I get my main news elsewhere. I’m frustrated that this app has almost all the articles behind a paywall. There are plenty of papers that rely on ad revenue from non-subscribers. And just so you know, if I see your headline pop up on my phone, I can find that news through the local TV network websites instead. It’s not like you guys are the only journalists in town. Your app is certainly convenient, but not worth the price to subscribe.

Restaurant inspection news is extremely useful as we eat out often. Thank you to the Naples Daily News for informing the public.
Hard to work with
App is difficult to manage and make sense or changes.
Poor performance
This app is not well integrated with the print edition. It drops out ,errors a d is a pain. I use the same app to read the St. Paul, MN paper and it’s flawless. I’d guess the IT people are somewhat challenged.

Naples and environs
are lucky to have a daily printed paper! Many places don't. We should be glad that we are able to get a variety of points of view.
On-line version no longer works.
It no longer lets me see a complete version of the actual paper, which it did up to four days ago. If this can’t be fixed, I will unsubscribe.

Most Apps you want to just work. This one may for while, then not, then decide to change how it works. I never saw an App with a mind of its own before.

Dealing with you is one of the most experience I have had.
I ordered a new digital subscription today. Your employee was very helpful and took my order and credit card.
However I could not get the digital paper. I called back to get help and got a message to call during regular business hours.
You were happy enough to take my money but not willing to help me get the service I paid for.

No matter how I try I cannot get the replica edition to work.
