Baby sleeps through the night now!
I’ve been using this app for about 2 weeks, and my 3 month old is now sleeping 9-11 hrs at night reliably. Game changer.
Perfect for my infant
She’s a little cranky, so this helps us both be on the same schedule!

Effortlessly track your baby's naps and nighttime sleep. This app automatically adjusts wake windows based on your baby's age and learned rhythms, simplifying your day and helping you understand sleep patterns. Share the schedule with other caregivers for seamless coordination.

• Remember when we said the Lock Screen sleep timer would show up on both parents' phones? We meant it — but a bug meant your phone whispered its address to our server at the exact moment nobody was listening, every single time. Fixed. Start a nap on one phone and it truly appears on the other, no app-opening required. (Still needs iOS 17.2 or later, and each phone opened once after updating.) • The Lock Screen timer now believes you when you fix a nap's start time. Previously it kept counting from your original tap out of stubbornness, while the widget quietly knew better. The two have made up and now agree. • New in Settings: a Contact support button. Found a bug? Have an idea? A 2 AM grievance? It opens an email straight to a human who also knows what 2 AM feels like. There's a new help article on reporting problems, too. • Assorted small fixes and polish, as is tradition.
MoreNapMap allows you to log a nap with a single button press. It then recalculates the rest of the day's schedule based on age-appropriate wake windows and your baby's learned sleep patterns.
Yes, after about two weeks of logged naps, NapMap learns your baby's actual rhythm, including typical wake windows and nap lengths, and tunes the schedule accordingly while staying within age-appropriate bounds.
