Fantastic for precision grilling
I just tried this out for the first time. It worked perfectly to get bacon wrapped tenderloins to the ideal temperature. I especially love the graph function so you can see how it takes a while for the heat to even start penetrating to the middle of a thick slab of meat. You can also see how much the meat overshoots the ideal temperature after you remove it from the BBQ because it continues to cook for several minutes. With experience you can learn to pull the meat off before it is fully cooked and will have the confidence that you will still reach a safe temperature.

La pire application que j’ai utilisée depuis 10 ans. L’appareil se déconnecte du Bluetooth constamment. Impossible à utiliser.
