App not working
The app doesn’t load the welcoming video, so I too can’t move forward. Useless app right now
Can’t get off the first screen
App is malfunctioning. It won’t let you proceed to next screen at welcome until you view the video. However, the video is not showing up. Please fix.

Garbage!!
Wow, it took me all of 60 seconds to evaluate this piece of garbage. Just take your certs and training on NARs website.
The AI coach in this thing is a disgrace to all other AI chatbots out there. Stick to selling real estate, not making terrible apps.

Enjoying the AI Coach
Appreciate the easier sequences and ease of doing a little on the go. Great resources section. Renewal was smooth and quicker than first time through.

Great tool for agents
The new mobile app may have a few small technology issues but it is far superior to the old online program. The program is great for Realtors and more members need the information in the program.
Horrible!
I used this program last year and it was very user-friendly. I've tried logging in multiple times today and I repeatedly encounter the same problem. The app pops up messages from the coach and you can't get rid of those notifications and you can't move forward with anything. You're just stuck until you close the app. WHAT is the problem??!! FIX THIS PLEASE.

Segments not showing complete
I went through all of the segments, did all the RLE and 3 segments will not show complete. There are a bunch f negative reviews on this app, why don’t you allow us to see the other negative reviews. Lastly, why mandate completing this program through an App? A computer program would be nice with a support network.

Love the new features!
I appreciate that this program transitioned to an app. It’s more convenient and I’ve been able to make progress on my Endorsement way quicker since I don’t need to wait until I am at the office. I love the AI Coach and real-world examples, that was the best update in my opinion. It even let me choose the pace of my learning. It’s good to know that our feedback was heard and they came up with this great solution. Keep it up!
