The Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) program A member’s Commitment to Excellence is a continual practice, and a lifelong commitment to superior professionalism and providing first-rate customer service. The C2EX program aims to sharpen, expand, and engage industry skills while helping REALTORS® to track their growth and progress. The app takes each REALTOR® through a learning and behavior-change process which culminates in a C2EX Endorsement to be renewed every three years.
