About

Nar translates your bodily signs based on your hormonal life stage. Cycling, non-cycling, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause and after. At Nar, we believe women get dismissed when their health signs don't match others, so we are here to solve that problem. Whether you have a wearable or not. Nar starts from women's data. Nar also keeps women's data private. We have no servers or any data collection. We only read the data or your log (on your phone like a note reader) and you only see the insights. No one else. / This is Nar's founder's ( who has worked in many cycle trackers) ode to women, who should own their own data and the right to not share it. Nar is underwhelming, but scientific. You will read about your body like a book, but once you click on "why," you will see why this certain trend is happening with you. Most apps compare you to a population average and call the difference a problem. Nar compares you to you, at this point in your cycle and at this stage of your life. A luteal temperature rise reads as the luteal phase, not as illness. A postpartum HRV of 25 reads as postpartum, not as alarm. WHAT NAR READS Apple Health, on any iPhone. Anything already flowing into it, including Apple Watch and Oura. No wearable at all? Logging is enough. Nar reads what you give it, and tells you what it can and cannot see. WHAT NAR GIVES BACK Two reads a day. A morning brief, and an evening read. Morning focuses on how today is looking and Night only shows what's really important to do tonight to have a healthier tomorrow. Eight domains: Sleep, Energy, Mood, Body, Gut, Pain, Immunity, Heart. Read each one through your hormonal stage, because the same number means something different in a different body and in a different week. THE SCIENCE Three layers run on your phone. Rules built from the clinical literature on women's physiology, calibrated against labeled research datasets. A neural network trained on 71 million rows of women's health data, small enough to live entirely on your device. Your own baselines, which sharpen every day you use it, until Nar knows your normal better than any average could. PRIVACY Everything stays on your device. There is no Nar server. We could not read your data if we wanted to, because it never reaches us. If you sign in with Apple, only your onboarding profile travels through your own private iCloud. Never your readings. BLOOM Bloom is the reason behind the reading. Why this, why today, and what in your own data says so. It adds multi-day patterns, a push when something shifts, and your last twenty four hours at a glance. £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. 30 days free for new subscribers, then auto-renews until canceled in iPhone Settings. Annual saves 33%. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://narwomenshealth.com/privacy
