Reads you, cycle to menopause

Nar now reads your body against the phase you are actually in. -Phase-aware scoring Until now, your signals were compared to a baseline that did not know where you were in your cycle. Temperature, heart rate variability, respiratory rate and resting heart rate all shift predictably across a cycle, and reading them flat meant reading them wrong. Each of those four is now compared to what is normal for you at this point in your cycle rather than to your average. A luteal temperature rise now reads as the luteal phase, not as illness. Immunity is scored on phase-residualized temperature. Body carries a wider tolerance through the luteal phase, where a heavier, slower day is the expected thing rather than a warning. The on-device model behind your cards was retrained on these phase-aware signals, so what the model says and what the card says now agree. -A cortisol lens Nar now infers your HPA-axis load: not the stress of any single day, but the slow load your body has been carrying across days. Where it is high, it informs what Gut, Immunity and Pain have to say, because that is where a long stress load surfaces first. It is inferred from the signals you already give Nar. Nothing new is asked of you, and no number is put in front of you. -Menopause staging If you are in the transition, Nar can now propose where you are, following the STRAW+10 criteria used in the research literature. Perimenopause hosts the twelve-month count. Menopause is the marker reached at the end of it, not the years leading up to it. Nar proposes a stage. It never diagnoses one, and you can always tell it that it is wrong. -Corrections Blood oxygen was being read at the wrong scale, and Apple Watch skin temperature was being read as an absolute rather than as a deviation from your own normal. Both are fixed. Both were quietly moving your scores. A cycle now begins only when you log a bleed. Nar no longer assumes one has started. Cards in different domains had begun to rhyme with each other, reaching for the same phrasing on the same morning. They no longer do. The hormonal Why sheet now shows the evidence it was always meant to show. Everything stays on your device.
