Not reliable App

Well, im trying to update my health center thru this app and i uploaded all the documents required. But when i clicked submit then it will just show a pop up please wait. Then it will take time too much time, then it will not be processed.

Essential App for anybody living in Qatar ❤️

An incredibly helpful application enabling users to effortlessly apply for health cards and schedule appointments online, streamlining the process and conserving time and energy. I efficiently applied for my daughter's card through it. Although the app experienced a crash after a recent update, the developer promptly resolved the issue.

Keeps crashing

I’m on the latest iOS 17.3.1 and the app keeps crashing. I deleted it and downloaded again but to no avail. I hope the problem will be addressed quickly.

Please add debit payment service on your app that will be easy for users the hukoomi website is have no options for the payment only Credit cards,
make it easy like MOI website by the way we are in 2024 next month they easiest method is apple pay

Useless app

The application requires a lot of work, this app is basically for applying for a new card. Making appointments, and adding a person under you.
A health app like this, should provide history of the patient, medical records, test results, basically everything that a patient has to be available for him or her. You can see from the reviews that everyone is saying it requires improvements, but nothing is changing.
And I’ll say it in arabic as well maybe the app developers don’t understand English.
البرنامج جدا بسيط، مافيه اي مواصفات او امتيازات، مايعطيك تاريخك في الصحة، مايعطيك فحوصاتك السابقة، نتائج الفحوصات، البرنامج عباره عن تقديم بطاقة جديدة، اضافه شخص، و تقديم موعد. حتى تقديم الموعد عباره عن كود و انتظار ٤٨ ساعة عشان يتواصلون معاك. القطاع الصحي لازم يكون افضل من هالبرنامج. قطر تستحق الافضل

Just like everything else in Qatar. It doesn’t work. They should fire whoever is in charge of this app

**UPDATE and Answer to the response I got from them: Go get yourself a phone and try scheduling anything. DOES NOT WORK. Why make people download this junk?

Worst app

Worst app ever I made my appointment and they cancel 3 times when I final get approve they give me date for after 1 month.

Please note that your health centre is the one who can manage your appointments in terms of cancellation, change your appointments or make a new appointment, according to the capacity of the health centre and the available times. Doesn’t let me change my health Center

I tried submitting my documents but it doesn’t work. They are all under 5 MB, etc, but it still doesn’t work. It keeps giving me an Alert message with codes saying:

IT DOESN’T WORK

This is exactly the time when online apps should work to relieve the pressure on health centers and hospitals unfortunately this app doesn’t work it simply doesn’t process any requests. Have been trying all night to add dependent or change my health center or book for the COVID booster shot, it’ll simply take you through a maze of requirements and even after you complete and upload all of them you will hit a brick wall with an unexplained error that’s written in gibberish programming code. I’ve wasted enough time it seems I have to go to a health center stand in the long queue increase my risk and that of others just because an app can’t perform a simple task which is advertised to perform 🤷🏻‍♂️
