Doesn’t work
Today I had a consultant visit and dropped off a catalog of the pool designs. It was a big glossy catalogue that spoke about the AR app but it doesn’t work. It freezes on search for location. Very dissatisfied
Absolutely horrible app! Company must have gone bust! 4 years and no update!
I’m using an iPhone 16 Pro so you’d think the app would work! You can’t even start by getting the pool in scene, unless you place it under your feet!
It doesn’t use the wide angle camera and therefore I can’t fit my yard in the pic.
You can’t pick a pool and then place it in scene.
The random height it decides your pool should sit in is just wrong! Even when I managed to get a pool dragged into the scene, it is floating 2 metres above the ground!
I hope this isn’t an example of the quality of pool this company leaves you with!

AR doesn’t actually work
App is basically a glorified catalogue as AR feature doesn’t work.

I can only get to the second question on this app - permission to use location. Then it freezes and won’t do anything else.

This app didn’t even work in allowing me to see what a pool looks like in my backyard.

Cannot go past using location.
I tried this App close to a year ago when planning our pool. Now we have the go ahead, I wanted to use it to visualise it. Still having the same problem. The App asks for location Data, I accept and then nothing happens. Useless, as it’s been a year and still have the same problem.

Like all the other reviews it doesn’t work. But they still advise it on their phone line? Hope the pools are better.

App doesn’t do anything. Complaints about location and then just sits there.
Horrible
Not being able to adjust the angle of placement makes this very annoying trying to square it against our fence line. Was nice once I jumped in and out of the AR a dozen times adjusting the placement

Like most other reviews, the app freezes when trying to access location. I have applied all settings to allow access, the app just freezes. Great idea though 1 star ⭐️

Can’t even get their app to work so wouldn’t trust them to dig me a $30k hole of water. What a waste of time this app is - don’t bother.
