This app does not work when accessing my Synology NAS running DSM 7.
A total waste of money.
I suggest you use Synology's own app which does however require a monthly, or yearly subscription or one off fee. At least it works.

Was a great app, until the developer decided to charge for essential features
I’ve used the app ever since DSGet got removed from the App Store. It worked great, until I was hit with a “please purchase this module” when trying to add a task
Just buy the Download Station app
This app is very flaky. Constant disconnects and error messages. Don’t sell an app in the App Store that you clearly don’t support anymore. $4 wasted.

Where is version 2 that has been promised?
Had this app for a while and it is ok and does a basic job. However nothing has changed or improved and no updates for over a year. Other apps are appearing that have more content and graphical presentations and are more loved by their developer. To justify the cost especialy for new purchasers the developer needs to take a more proactive role and earn their money. Having said that you can level the same charge at a large number of other developers .... I now always look at the history to see if the app has been abandoned by the developer and I prefer to spend my money with those that are never satisfied their app is good enough! Update Dec 2020 - developer has responded with news of a new version (Thanks) ..... looking forward to trying it out .... May have to update my review!

You can’t add any task on your NAS. I’ve paid for that, I’ve talked to them telling about that and they said will update the app. NOT. It was 4-5 months ago and nothing happened since.

Error adding torrent
When I try to add a torrent file from my iPhone it says failed to add task. Are you not able to add torrent files from your phone to your SynologyDownload Station? Thanks

1) not sure why this stopped working. I can still access mu NAS remotely

Doesn’t work on IPad
It says to press + to add a server. There is no + on the screen when viewing from an IPad.
Don’t pay for the system info upgrade
Generally light on actual content and the upgrade for System info is ridiculous, gives you nothing extra worth having.
Will not Update Synology
Only purchased Sys Info module and tried to update Synology, it does not work and shows my system up to date, even though I know an update is pending. The interface is nice, really wanted it to work but did not.

Great app! Able to see all sorts of info on my NAS. Only room for improvement, I would like to have the same search function as I had for DS Get. Having to provide a URL for download isn’t as convenient or easy.
Useless app
Task manager does not work. App is useless to me and Apple won’t allow a refund. Don’t waste your money.
