When are they going to fix this app?

Hasn’t worked in over a month. Immediately crashes when you try to launch. I assume this was due to an iOS update but it shouldn’t take this long to fix.

Keeps crashing

I have been using this app for years. I use it the most in the summertime when my kids are off from school and I reserve museum passes every week. For the last week every time I try to open this app it crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this does not help. Fix this please!

Lots of problems

I have been using this app for a few years. This week and last week it has been giving me lots of trouble. Sometimes it doesn’t open and other times when it does open my request times out or I get an error message. I keep deleting the app and reloading it but after a day I have the same problems again. Very frustrating b
