When are they going to fix this app?
Hasn’t worked in over a month. Immediately crashes when you try to launch. I assume this was due to an iOS update but it shouldn’t take this long to fix.

I have been using this app for years. I use it the most in the summertime when my kids are off from school and I reserve museum passes every week. For the last week every time I try to open this app it crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but this does not help. Fix this please!

Lots of problems
I have been using this app for a few years. This week and last week it has been giving me lots of trouble. Sometimes it doesn’t open and other times when it does open my request times out or I get an error message. I keep deleting the app and reloading it but after a day I have the same problems again. Keeps crashing
Love this app when it’s working but lately keeps crashing.
The search function isn’t working
It’s been a while since I used the app, but seems like it was updated 3 months ago. I can’t use the search function in the app to request books!

Horrific app
When this app first came out everything worked as it was supposed to it seemed and then poof, disaster. It got updated then you needed to relogin every other day or so, you can’t pull up your library and worst of all, no more easy digital card to quickly scan out items while physically at the library. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall so many times that it’s now quite clear that it’s the app itself that needs a do over from scratch.

I love the app, but you should add an option to add your library card to apple wallet.
That would make things a lot more convenient.
New App is not great
I had a lot of trouble when the app was updated. Glad to see it works now. I’d like to see the checkout list sorted by due date. It’s a pain to have to scroll through a long list of books to see which ones are coming due shortly. Also, with the books on hold. If they are available for pickup, they should move to the top of your list. I end up going to the library website for both of those features and don’t bother with the app. Please fix these features. Thanks

How come I cannot see the list of libraries? I just see the next push button?
Can’t Access My Home Library
Every time I try to choose my home library (Franklin Square), it doesn’t give me the scroll option, but asks if I’ve picked “Baldwin” as my home library. If I cancel, there’s no option to see or choose any other libraries. (Note: I’m not near Baldwin or registered there, so not sure what the issue is.)

App stopped working
Out of nowhere the app stopped working. I found out it stopped working on my iPhone but works perfectly on my husband’s droid. Since I don’t use his phone, I am without my library card. This has never happened before, but now I have a completely useless app, and no library app to use. Not happy right now.

Why is there no iPad version that works in portrait mode?
iPad has been around for over 8 or 9 years now.
Log in every time is a problem
I *was* very happy with this app. The ability to search the catalog, request books from other libraries, check on my holds and due dates and do renewals is all very helpful. I would give 5 stars - but you have made it so I have to log in with my 14 digit library card number & pin every time I open the app. The app is on my phone - no one else uses it. I used to only need to put in the account # if I went on LILink to do a broader search. I find this really frustrating. Can’t you store my account number in the app and just ask for my pin? 4 digits I can remember. 14 - no way. Please fix this. Thank you.

The update stinks and makes the app worthless. Who wants to re-enter their last library card number every time they use the app?!
