NATCOM is stealing money from its customers. You advertise 10 USD for 7 seven days. But sometimes you do not provide the service for number of days you promised to the customers. I prepaid internet for my spouse on the 18th of May 2024, as of today the 22nd she no longer have internet

It shows that we can pay with PayPal but every time I try to make payments they refund it to my PayPal account. If you cannot accept payment with PayPal why you put it as an option. Then when I use Digicel my receivers in Haiti receive more money.
