Can’t read a check
So frustrated that this app can’t read and deposit my checks
Transferring sections needs work
Decent app. Crashes often, but always seems to right itself. My only other complaint is when I’m transferring money it doesn’t allow for me to write what the transfer is for so when I go back to my accounts I don’t remember why I transferred money.
Unreliable
I don’t know who set up this website but I find it to be quirky at best and dysfunctional at worst.
So many times I can’t even check my balance, the most basic of requests.

Transfer memo field
I was so excited when I saw the Memo field for a transfer in the photos but even with the new download I don’t get a place to write a note. I really miss that in the app

Great App, Easy to Use
I have used this app for years, it is great and performs well.
So easy I can use
Every day I check my balances see what’s been deposited and withdrawn make Mobil deposits and such the only problem I have is with bill pay I still can’t confirm my other bank because I can’t get on to it

This app is intuitive and easy to use. Also love the fact that we can now deposit checks electronically. Great app, and I love the NBM!

I’ve been using this App on my iPhone and iPad for years and never had a problem.
Like computer software, you need to keep up with progress by updating your devices.
I have seen issues on customer iPhones before and a simple HARD RESET has always fixed the problem.
IPhone 8 and up...
1-Press and release the volume up button.
2-Press and release the volume down button.
3-Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple appears and then release.
IPhone 7
1-Press the Sleep/Wake button and the volume down button at the same time and hold them both until you see the Apple appear and then release.
IPhone 5 & 6
1-Press the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button and hold them both until the Apple appears and release both.
A hard reset on any Apple device can fix most issues.

Ancient and Obsolete!
This ancient and obsolete app lacks basic features like mobile deposit. Other than allowing you to view basic account activity and balances it’s like a time machine which transports you back to 2005.

Could be better
Many other banking apps give you the ability to deposit checks into an account. It would be great if this could be implemented into this app. I originally wrote about this two years ago.
Update - Still needs this function. Absolutely insane that it is not part of the app yet.

Great app, but I canny update it because all it says is "Not compatible with this device."

I just downloaded this app yesterday. I'm pleasantly surprised at the clean interface and quick access.
My only suggestion is to improve the instructions on the NBM site to authorize the account. It's not clear that you have to first "enroll" from the settings/options tab on a computer in Online Banking" then download the app on your phone. This makes sense after you've done it but clearer instructions would help.
I find the NBM Online Banking site pretty awkward to use but this app is a great improvement!
