Wrong account
I started a mobile deposit for my personal checking account, but it deposited in a different account. Annoying. I couldn’t stop it before I did it and now I have to transfer the money when it’s available.
Terrible bank
They take forever to do stuff. Internet banking is terrible. They require a certain wording to deposit a check. I’ve never bounced a check but had a mixup with Geico and then when I got the new check they put a hold on it. Still not available week later. If you are a local yocal, they will chat you up while ignoring folks they don’t know.

I used to try the mobile deposit at NBB, but it never worked. Now the new page is a little confusing, but I am learning it. Now the deposit feature works a 100%. It’s so convenient.
Lack of transparency
When viewing recent transactions, the old app would show the balance on each transaction line. Very easy to spot discrepancies. The new version only shows an available amount, with less than straightforward explanation of pending charges, specifically deposited checks that sometimes show as partially available. No way that I have found to change that appearance/ listing of transactions.

Super easy to open new accounts. Excellent with our previous loans and all banking. Also, super nice people at all the locations!

App doesn’t work on the weekend to get you to overdraft. Deposits are late, this bank is trash

New version more complex
The previous banking portal was MUCH more streamlined and easier to use, finding things quickly, and less keystrokes/swipes to accomplish tasks. New portal is a definite downgrade!

I feel like I have more control over my banking tho the switch was confusing as I received no call/mail/email about the switch happening
