Lack of notifications

Not all transactions are showing in the apps only few and even those are not being notified immediately!! And this makes the app not useful at all

App has bugs

I’m not sure if there are any bugs, however when I try to verify my national ID, it keeps crashing and shows an error on my phone. I hope this gets fixed ASAP. It’s become a nuisance.

Very badly designed app

Its a shame for a large bank to have a malfunctional app like this, i tried to change my debit cards spending limit and there’s nothing you can do after you open that section, seems like they forgot to program that section, such a shame
