One of the most frustrating experiences with an app

Because of the connection with the Ticketmaster, the app is working horribly, and any action, such as transferring or even viewing your tickets, becomes an hours long adventure with no guarantee of the result. Next time - mb let’s just use one app? Why do I need 2 simply to view the tickets?

In the first 3 days the app did not show the real time scores. Even the next day was showing scores from previous day.
