One of the most frustrating experiences with an app
Because of the connection with the Ticketmaster, the app is working horribly, and any action, such as transferring or even viewing your tickets, becomes an hours long adventure with no guarantee of the result. Next time - mb let’s just use one app? Why do I need 2 simply to view the tickets?
Not refreshing the scores
In the first 3 days the app did not show the real time scores. Even the next day was showing scores from previous day.
Terrible app
Compared to apps to follow other Masters 1000 tournaments, this app is clunky, impossible to find the draws, scores or updates.
Link to players
When the score are listed, there should be hypertext links to the players

Canada Open App
Requiring the user to open an account to select favorite players and receive notifications is not optimal. What I really object to is my account information is made available to Ticketmaster. Just to favorite some players?! Ridiculous!
Needs Investment
The app needs improvement. The schedule is not updated, Google actually shows more updates. The grounds themselves wish could be more permanent courts as the squeaky stands so distracting.

Just not working
Unable to get anything done, keeps sending me to Toronto even if I specified Montreal many times.
Meh.
It worked to order drinks in the stadium but I had to try about three times because it kept crashing, even with restarts.
So proud
I have that feeling of civic pride when I watch and attend the Canada tennis tournaments. To have such well run venues in Toronto and Montreal is just wonderful.
Keeps crashing - hard to navigate.
Crashes constantly and too complicated to get to the information I’m looking for. Switching back and forth between women’s and men’s matches is tedious and serves no purpose.

Needs work
This is a busy app that makes it hard to find the most important infomation, like who is playing when. It is also missing players in the draw. Maybe remove marketing blah blah and focus on the basics.
Needs serious improvement
it’s the Ads. The Colours. The messy sections. Set tournament default at beginning yet both tournaments still mingle. Much more complicated than it ought to be. Halfway through the tournament and I’m going to find the info elsewhere and faster. Good luck Victoria we are rooting for you!!!

Simple et pratique à utiliser. Tout à commencer par l’enregistrement des billets dans l’application. Wow! une simplicité d’utilisation, particulièrement appréciée une fois sur place. En un seul clic, j’obtiens une réponse claire à mes questions. La programmation en temps réel fût appréciée. Bravo!
