Convenient but not ideal

This application has many of the features seen in larger banks online apps, but lacks some of the intuitive navigation of Chase or Ameriprise. Also, it is unfortunate that the user is not informed of the due date for loan payments and simply gets a notification that they can now pay. It’s possible that this is put up two weeks before the due date, I really don’t know.

Good bank Face ID does not work

The bank is great but the app does not work with Face ID

Navigate to the profile icon in the right corner of the app > Banking Services > Manage Biometrics > Biometric Enrollment to set this feature up. Your device will then prompt you to use Face ID to log in once enrolled! If you have any difficulties enrolling or need further assistance, please reach out to us at 860-435-2581. Great Bank

This bank is great! Been with them for years. The app works well now that there has been an update. Last IOS update made things difficult but the bank was on there game and got there own update pushed out.
