National Migraine Registry

National Migraine Registry, Pakistan is a national registry for Migraine patients. This study will enroll patients with diagnosis of stroke (ischemic and hemorrhagic). Purpose of this study is to identify risk factors, Migraine types / sub types, presentation, care and outcome of these patients. Patients will be enrolled from more than 70 centers throughout country, including AJ Kashmir. Target enrollment is 5000 per year over three years (2025-2028).
