Pakistan Multiple Sclerosis Registry is a national registry for patients with MS and demyelinating diseases.
This study will enroll patients with the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis and other demyelinating diseases (optic neuritis, Neuromyelitis Optica, ADEM, transverse myelitis and other MS variants).
Purpose of this study is to identify types, MRI findings, presentation, care and outcome of these patients
Patients will be enrolled from more than 70 centers throughout the country including AJ Kashmir. Target enrollment is 1000 per year over three years (2019-2022)
