Keeps pausing
The app keeps pausing the sound and goes back to the start as you listen. This happens every 10-20 seconds, makes it unusable. This happens on both mine and my partners iphone. Cant get it to work properly on wifi or 5G
Tolles Museum - Audio bricht ab
Eine wirklich gute App für ein wirklich tolles Museum. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Was ärgerlich ist, dass die Audio beim Anhören mehrmals abbricht, man erneut starten muss und das ganze mehrmals- kein tolles Hörerlebnis!

I followed the instructions to create an account but was given the message that an error occurred with no explanation as to how to correct.
Keine deutschen Audiodateien
Leider sind alle Audiodateien auf Englisch. Daher für mich völlig nutzlos.

Great fun app for finding your way around the museum. Sadly the museum has a long way to go re being disabled friendly with its exhibits. The Lucy/Selam is exhibition is stunning but hard to navigate and read materials from a wheelchair and one part of the exhibition is impossible for

Dear Mrs/Mr, We are very sorry about your experience. You can use the map to see exhibits with audioguide around you or listen to our Tours prepared for each of our long-term exhibitions. Superb installations/ dioramas
Fossil exhibition wonderfully presented using almost entirely Czech palaeontology collection. All text is now English/Czech so accessible to many!

Na rozdil od webu nenabizi aplikace moznost zaplatit vstupenky pres Apple Pay. Brana si neumi nacist karty ulozene v telefonu.
Velky fail je, ze pokud pod svym uzivatelskym uctem koupim prave kvuli Apple Pay vstupenky pres web, tak i kdyz jsem prihlaseny v aplikaci pod stejnym uctem, koupene vstupenky se mi neukazuji…

Jedinečné !
Byla jsem nadšena návštěvou Národního muzea . Nádherně zpracované a zajímavé expozice , použití moderních technologii . Samotná budova je krásná a návštěva kupole s výhledem na Prahu je neuvěřitelná . Určitě muzeum znovu navštívíme .
Nefunkční
Aplikace není v současné době funkční. Při otevření okamžitě padá.
Nefunguje přihlašování
Pokud se na PC přihlašujete např. přes google účet, tak v aplikaci máte smůlu a stravíte kopici času registrací u nějaké firmy colloseum. Vstupenky nakoupené na PC si nezobrazíte. Jinak OK.
