that the always-good Traveline SW has taken over the UK to become the national PTI app. Today Devon, tomorrow the world.

Works everywhere in the UK
This is a really useful app if you want to plan journeys by public transport anywhere in the UK.
I was nervous about the bit 2025 upgrade (v6 may be) which made it look very different, but it is perhaps even better

Certainly s retrograde step, not as good as previous version.
Bad
Times shown are never correct and quite often the buses mentioned don't even exist!
Wrong times, makes up buses
It’s a roll of the dice if this app displays the right time for the bus or not, have missed several buses because it said they were later than they actually were. Sometimes it just makes up buses that don’t even exist.
Disappointed
I have used this app several time and have been pleased. However, today we hiked from Lynton to Combe Martin and planned to get the 15:40 Exmoor Coaster back to Lynton. However this bus stopped running at the end of September but the app did not recheck this! We ended up having to pay £50 for a taxi. So you cannot rely on this app.

Useless
The most useless and frustrating app you will ever see I now need a anger management app lol
Should be removed
The app should be removed because it’s no longer up to date gives you information for out of date routes.
Abysmal.
There have been great strides in UK public transport provision but information support is essential..and it isn’t this App. A real shame.

Mostly correct
Mostly correct info although sometimes it adds in unnecessary (eg change buses to one following the same route !!) .... the one really annoying thing is that you constantly have to reset the date and time of travel if your checking out different routes or destinations ... be good if you could freeze the departure time :(

Used to work well before update
It used to be such a simple and useful app, I just keep hoping somebody will update it back to how it used to be ! It’s hopeless now.
Server not responding
Usually quite good but today travelling from Milton Keynes Coachway to Oxford the app wouldn’t work and while searching the internet the bus came in and I didn’t notice it until it departed. Pxxxed off. Now the app is working. Why server not responding. 4g and internet working. Now in Bath by bus stop to get me home and the app says walk for 17 minutes to catch the bus that I only have to step on to. Didn’t use my location but the actual street name. Soooooo annoyed!!
Today it couldn’t find Bath Bus Station or Tower Hill in Bristol. Tried with 4g and Wifi. Rubbish. Why the updates that come in don’t solve the problem. Please work on the app to make it at least useful to people.

Used to love this app
I really used to love this app and recommend to everybody but not any more. I’m an intelligent human but can’t use it since the last update, back to paper timetables for me
Awful Update
Since the recent update the app is completely useless and more complicated than its worth to do a simple journey. After having it for years, it’s now being uninstalled.
What have you done to this app?!
It used to be a great app. I used it almost every day to check buses, I really liked it also said when the bus was late and how late. Now the app simply does not work. I’m trying to search for a connection to work in the morning tomorrow morning (27.12 around 07:30) and it says no trips found. There’s something seriously wrong with this app so please fix it. Thanks
