Scam process
Requires a minimum $10 to put on the app, shows an area to request refund like you aren’t getting scammed out of the minimum deposit but you are. They denied my requests to refund me what we didn’t use while on vacation. Just find a laundry mat and save yourself the hassle.
Impossible to use
Both SMS and email verification fail. This app makes me hate Hilton Hotels for using them.
Can’t register no support
Trying to set up an account and no verification codes are being sent. Tried several accounts and cellphone carriers to no avail. Can’t find customer service
Unable to create account
You must have email for a verification code, to create an account. Have tried 3 different emails, checking spam folder too, and I never got any sign in emails. I click on Help and it just goes to a 404 Error page.

Good luck trying to do laundry when you can’t even get a confirmation code sent to your phone. Why do you even need my phone number?

Mostly adequate
I’ve had a mostly positive experience with this app. The only issues for me seem to be that it’s not recognizing when you check the app before going to the laundry room. There's no accuracy in telling you when the machines are available. It says they’re always available but sometimes they’re not. This would be a good thing to know, especially when carrying clothes from a second-floor apartment across the parking lot and getting to the room only to find out that the machines are all running for someone else. Otherwise, I’ve had no glitches whatsoever.

I was having to go through the hassle of finding change every time I needed to wash clothes... this app not only eliminated that but also made it easy to know when your laundry is done...I like it for the convenience

Very convenient to use especially when you have no quarters! Only downfall for me is that you have to put a minimum of $10 into the app to use. I’m pleased the service.

Overall, this laundry payment app does what’s it’s supposed to do and more. It’s easy to refill my account balance, and the feature that shows you how much time is left in your given machine is much appreciated, especially since in my building, I have to go down two flights of stairs, walk across the building, and go down one more flight of stairs to get to the laundry room. I am one of the lucky ones too.
Sometimes the app doesn’t scan a QR code correctly, and it takes a while for a chosen dryer to start before the app times out. Also, the timer doesn’t always start on the app. However, it works most of the time, and it’s good enough for me.

It’s not a five cause of technology
It is convenient to use when it is working. I have had issues every now and again where it takes a hour to get a washer started because it doesn’t want to connect to my Bluetooth. Aside from that it is great. The app tracking on the machines you have going allows me to multitask.
