Often challenging to upload photos because the app crashes. And then even once they’re uploaded, while looking at the cropping of the images the app crashes
A Sure Bet for High Quality Prints
I have been using Nations Photo Lab for a few years now. The prints are always amazing. I ordered some old Black & white photos on the Pearl paper, and they are impressive. The colored prints I usually do on glossy and they are beautifully vibrant. I’ve received many compliments on these prints. Anything that I plan to place in a frame gets printed by NPL.

Site Lag
We need to update this app. It lags and sometimes freezes. I’d buy more pictures if it was more user friendly. But when i eventually do get them ordered and delivered the quality is excellent.

Easy but needs some updates!
It’s super easy app to use but I wish you could open your order once u “add to cart” to edit the order. If I need to edit, i have to delete the order, re-select all the pictures and then edit and re-add to my cart. Just a little more of a hassle!
Too buggy to use
Wirecutter rates this company as their top pick for photo printing due to ease of using the app, among other things…I’m not sure what’s changed from when they reviewed, but I ran into so many spinning circles of death in this app that it’s basically unusable and I’m ordering from another company instead.

Amazing Quality
Nations Photo has been my lab of choice for over 15 years. Excellent quality, speedy delivery and everything is packaged superb!
App is terrible
First, hard to switch types. It feels like you never really know that you’re getting what you selected, including portrait vs landscape. I never order portrait but somehow got a couple of very expensive metal prints that came wrong. Second, email confirmation doesn’t show each of the prints you order — I ordered 4 and the confirmation shows one photo, quantity of 4. Third, don’t be in a hurry to get your order. I placed 2 orders on a Sunday and paid an extra $25 on each to get them by Saturday. One order showed up on Monday and the other Tuesday.

Upload feature not working
Cant upload photos from iOS 18.6.2 phone. The little wheel spins and spins but the page never loads. I like the website, but the app seems buggy.
Upload issue
Cannot create an album. Spinning wheel goes round and round.
Fix the App
National Photo Lab is a great place to get your prints. I recommend all my clients use NPL. However, the app is awful ! I’ve uploaded 27 photos to a gallery over 3 times and it keeps crashing the app. I don’t have time to keep messing and redoing the photo uploads to get prints.
App needs a little work
The app is nice to use however I did find it a bit difficult to edit properly with in the app as well as see all items correctly in the cart. I did find that if I used the website to edit and do what I needed then refreshed my app I could get to my finished products.
Confusing at first
It can be a little confusing but eventually you understand it. I do wish it gave you the total as you go not just the total for each line. They do have good sales. I like mounting them because it makes them sturdy and you don’t need a frame. I’m assuming I can hang them with command but I haven’t tried yet. You do get beautiful pictures.

Frustrating!
The most frustrating app ever! Spent all this time uploading photographs, resizing and getting them ready - and they were all gone. Interface is absolutely unintuitive and buggy. I’m deleting it.
Broken App
I had about four or five things go wrong when first using this app. Firstly, after selecting photos to print, it displayed a triangle with expression mark over one without any explanation of what that meant. Secondly, it designated them as “luster” style … wait, where did I choose that? No idea. Thirdly, it required my phone number, designated as optional, to complete the order. Lastly (that I can remember - I think there were other issues because at one point I deleted the cart and started over), hitting the final Place Order button after completing all the data entry result in … NOTHING! It just sits there. SO FRUSTRATING!

AWFUL APP
I read great reviews regarding the quality of their photos. I downloaded the app and signed up. When I go to upload prints, the app just displays a spinning circle and crashes. Guess I won’t be using Nations Photo Lab.

Every login service is blocked? They offer color correction for an added fee but don't show you a preview of what the corrected will look like? The crop option is either super zoomed in or out, no ability to make minor adjustments. Even at checkout this app was broken saying I ordered 47 prints when my cart said 54. Feels like a scam but a friend said she's used it...
