No sound notification

There is no sound/vibration notification. iPhone 12 mini. iOS 15.3.1

Unexpected error

Does not work properly, I can't even finish registration. When I fill the name and primary and secondary language than hit next it shows Error - Sorry an unexpected error ocured, plese try again later.... I tried a few times but every time it ends the same way.
