Food is always delicious and fresh. The oatmeal cream pies are out of this world, my wife and I always get a couple extra to take home for the next few days.
Super slow
They need to be faster. They were 30 minutes late on an online order I placed 2 hours ahead of time, which made me late to work. What’s the point of placing an online order?
Unreliable
I have received several incorrect orders. They never take responsibility and always place blame on third party delivery drivers although I’ve ordered it from the NF app. Refunds are impossible and have been told more than once that I have to just deal with the delivery service instead. I’ve been eating here for almost 15 years. Quality and service is consistently getting worse.

Took my wife, got to split the pulled pork and the Joplin jalapeño. Both were amazing!
The app needs work
There is no search option and after placing an order there is no detailed delivery status with a map.
Most food delivery apps now have it. A lot of the are powered by DoorDash which provides an API to track the geolocation of the delivery person.
It shouldn’t be so hard to implement it. Wither embed a MapKit map or a Google Map and display a marker with a car icon. Query the DoorDash API periodically to update the state

This app is unnecessary
Today, I went to a Native Foods location and was given an ultimatum. Download this app or do not eat here.
Yikes. Native Foods has been good to me in the past, so I decided I would play along. Unfortunately, the service at the location was so spotty I wasn’t able to complete the app download.
I am writing this review at home, after I decided to pick up lunch at another restaurant. Native Foods, single restaurant apps are the worst. I have tried others and have deleted all of them after a few months. That being said, this is the first time I have been deterred from ordering altogether, just because I could not download the app. You have a great thing going, please stop going down this route.

Can’t get my lunch
I just ordered via the app for the Boulder Colorado location. I can’t find the location via GPS, and no one ever answers the phone. I’m stuck with paying food I can’t get!!!

Delivery Issues
The app only updates when an order has been prepared but not when it has been picked up for delivery. Text updates are sporadic and tonight I received no communication about delivery at all. Even when I called the store, the associate had no idea when it would be delivered and the food was just sitting there cold.

Putrid lettuce on my burger
Maybe your staff doesn’t realize that when the lettuce is actually black and slimy, it shouldn’t be put on the burger? Totally disgusting

It sometimes takes extra time for an order to be transmitted to the restaurant, and sometimes the APP is offering a soup or entree that has not been available for a couple of weeks, but overall the restaurant has tasty food and the major issue is the APP needs to be updated in a more timely fashion…

So even with this update, I STILL never receive text messages updating me on my order/delivery status. And yes, I’ve double and triple checked that I’ve entered the correct phone number. I really wish you guys would fix this. And the new app icon is oddly dark. It looks odd next to all my other apps.

No option to type modifiers
The old app gave the option to type a short modifier and that’s gone. The option to have the bun on the side is also gone. The menu sides to pay for should also include the Thai chili sauce. It seems to be the only sauce option missing.
won’t let me enter PIN for gift card
the app conveniently stops working when i try to input the gift card PIN. i tap and tap and tap and the input box just won’t respond. unclear whether this inability is a bug or a feature
Login with Apple no longer supported?
The old app allowed login with Apple and the update does not appear to support that anymore. I guess my rewards are lost and there’s no way to login with secure token through Apple anymore? I sent a message to contact us and never heard back. Maybe I’ll get a response here.
